Aachen-based GRÜN IT Group acquires majority stake in Greek outsourcing service provider 1100 smiles. Expansion into a support and development centre in Thessaloniki. Founding team Stefanie and Daniel Barthel and all employees remain and lead the company into the future as GRÜN smiles. GRÜN Group grows to 510 employees.
Aachen / Thessaloniki, 03/06/2025. Aachen-based GRÜN IT Group GmbH acquires a majority stake in 1100smiles P.C., an outsourcing service provider with 40 employees in Thessaloniki. The aim of the partnership is to support the growth and further development of the Greek company, which will operate as GRÜN smiles P.C. with immediate effect. As a combined support and development centre, the innovative service provider will provide increased support to customers from Germany and Europe in the future.

The company offers the outsourcing of customer service as a call centre and the outsourcing of software development in Greece as a development centre. This enables maximum quality to be offered at minimum cost. Its customers include well-known companies and brands such as Sonova Holding, the furniture manufacturers SWYFT Home and MYCS and the car platform Fabucar.
